Figure 1 and 2 are images showing Localization and Mapping. The video below is an example showing simultaneous map creation on a real smartphone. SLAM shows the operation of SLAM, which estimates the location of the device in an unknown environment and creates a map of the unknown environment at the same time, as shown in the video below.

The overall SLAM system is shown below. First, through the sensor data input process that accepts external information, the frond-end calculates feature extraction and tracking, and the back-end calculates the SLAM through MAP estimation or bundle adjustment.
